Had a great stay with a spacious room and an amazing breakfast buffet! Close to the Christmas markets, which was perfect for the festive vibes. Just a little noisy outside at times, but overall a solid experience. Would definitely come back!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Experienced staff who seemed genuinely nice. The breakfast was a feast, plenty of choices and delicious. The fitness area was nice and functional, added some value to our stay.

The lack of air conditioning in the room could be inconvenient during warmer months. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, definitely worth trying. I had another minor issue. during my stay, the wellness area had limited hours which made it difficult for me to enjoy the spa facilities. there were no English news channels available on TV, which would have added to my comfort. the room had a great ambiance with adjustable lighting, and the staff was generally helpful.

the room was tiny and uncomfortable—while the staff insisted on being helpful, the truth is they woudl ve been kinder if they had just kept their opinions to themselves! it's unacceptable to pay for a room and not be offered a proper upgrade. the spa was out of order, too. I almost thought of writing a better review, but I just couldn’t.
